Format-only validation as the caller speaks each field, so Emma can ask again right away instead of catching a bad value at the end.

submit_intake

Writes the full intake through to the Patient record once every field has been collected and validated.

Result
On success, this also writes name/email/phone/address/reasonForVisit to the Patient record and syncs to your connected CRM if the clinic has one enabled. If the CRM sync fails, the Patient record is still saved — the response reports success: false with error: “crm sync failed” so the failure gets flagged for staff follow-up, but the patient’s data isn’t lost.
